- Order information entered into SimpleFrame point-of-sale systems by participating shops on your behalf, such as order details and pickup status.

- To send transactional notifications, such as order status and pickup-ready alerts, when you have opted in to receive them.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages — for example, when placing an order at a participating frame shop or requesting text communication from BuildKind — we use that number only to send the messages you signed up for, such as order status notifications and customer-care replies.
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
