1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the websites, software, and communication services provided by BuildKind Tech LLC (“BuildKind,” “we,” “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms — SimpleFrame Order Alerts

All messages in the SimpleFrame Order Alerts program are sent by BuildKind Tech LLC through its SimpleFrame point-of-sale software, used by participating frame shops. By providing your phone number and opting in — for example, when placing an order at a participating shop or requesting text communication from BuildKind — you consent to receive the following types of messages from BuildKind Tech:

• Transactional order notifications (such as order confirmations and pickup-ready alerts) about your order at a participating frame shop.
• Customer-care and account-related replies.

How opt-in works: when you place a custom framing order at a participating shop’s counter, staff will ask whether you would like to receive text updates about your order status. If you verbally agree, your phone number and consent are recorded in the SimpleFrame point-of-sale system, and you will receive a one-time enrollment confirmation text. Opting in is entirely optional and is not a condition of any purchase. This is the only way customers are enrolled — we do not purchase phone lists or send unsolicited messages.

• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our websites and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildKind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites or services.
